Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To respect our time and the time of our clients, we kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours or more notice may be changed without a cancellation fee.
